Wow. We're just speechless.
Thinking about it, though, the way he's leaving is classic Lou: quietly, with no fuss and lots of memories. We'll leave others to write long oratories about Lou's 4+ years on TCGS, but as for us, our message to Lou is this:
Good luck and Godspeed, Lou. You'll be missed.
Wow, heard this and almost drove off the road. Lou's one of the three main reasons I listen to the show (OK five, if you include the priests; 6 with Mark Hart). He has such a great wit and it always seemed that he, Lino and Maureen were always on the same page with their hilarious banter. The only solution? Clone Lou (the Pope will understand). Good luck, Lou - hope we hear you on the Channel again someday.
ReplyDeleteI wondered where he went! I had been working late during tax season so missed your show until this week and was shocked he was gone. Don't get me wrong, I like Ryan so far, but I will definitely miss Lou's wit! Good luck to you Lou!
ReplyDeleteMan, I think Lou is very, very funny and yes, you will be missed! Goodluck!
ReplyDeleteAll the best. Loved your humor lou
ReplyDeleteLou, if you're you're out there - just started listening to the show again after several months - shocked and disappointed to find you gone. You were the voice of reason, the only grown-up, yet still had a great sense of humor. You will be missed- at least out here in LA. Good luck with school.
